Update on the outfit-the-orphans project

We’re very close to the halfway point – YAY! – but donations have stalled in the fundraiser to take the rescued street children of Cusco shopping for much-needed shoes, coats and clothing.

I’m taking the first group of kids shopping in early October, and if we’re not able to raise close to 75% of the funds by then, I’ll need to adjust the budget per child…which means the kids will have to do without some things they need.

I can accept donations into November, but if you want to help, sooner is much better than later. It only takes a moment — especially if you already have a Paypal account — and even $10 helps a great deal.

Here’s the video about the origins of Casa De Milagros again:

Mama Kia passed away from cancer in 2010, and these kids were almost on the street again. Please help me help them!

Here’s the link to make a donation.

I actually have about $100 so far. As soon as I get it to the bank I will send it through pay pal.
